Miracle In Your Mouth

Negative thinking is the reason that you don’t have what you want in your life right now. You may not realize this but everything that you have or don’t have today is mostly a result of your thinking. You have limited yourself through your thoughts and if you truly want to get what you want then you have to change this.
We all experience negative thoughts from time to time. Some people experience them a lot. We all know people that seem to spend their lives complaining about everything. The world is against them and the reason they are in this position is always someone else’s fault.
If you have thoughts like this, then you really must challenge them. It is not the government’s fault that you don’t have a big house. Other people have big houses and are under the same government. The difference between you and them is in the way that you think.
Are you an optimist or a pessimist? Here is a test for you. How do you feel when Monday morning comes around each week? Do you feel inspired and ready to go or do you have feelings of dread that the work week has started once again? Or how about this – someone that you know is making some money on the side through a business opportunity that they are involved in. They offer you the chance to get involved. How do you react to this? Do you tell them that you are not interested right away or do you ask them to tell you more about it?
Being pessimistic about everything will just make you stand still and feel bad about the world. Your negativity will become your reality. That is just the way it goes.
When you think about what you have to offer the world, how do you feel about it? Are you confident? Do you
love yourself? If you’re asked to do something that you would not normally be comfortable doing, how would you feel about that? Do you see it as a challenge that you happily accept or do you want to run and hide?
One of the most powerful and effective ways to change how you think and feel about yourself is to use positive affirmations. An affirmation is just an uplifting statement you say out loud or in your head about yourself often. They can create a miracle in your mouth.
For example, you can say something like “each day and in every way I’m getting better” or “I believe in myself and I can achieve meaningful things”. I have found that the best way to create an affirmation list is to write down the negative thoughts you have about yourself and then turn these into positive statements.
Positive affirmations have a major impact on your subconscious mind. The more that you repeat them the more they will become dominant thoughts or new thinking habits. Why do they work? It is because we believe everything we tell ourselves – good or bad. In other words, there is a miracle in your mouth that needs to be repeated loudly and often.
Whether it is the truth or a lie, if it is said or heard often enough, you will begin to believe it. That is important because your beliefs produce your thoughts. Your thoughts produce your feelings. And, your feelings produce your behavior. If your beliefs are positive and healthy, your actions will be also.
By the way, you are amazing and more than enough to succeed in this world. Tell yourself something like this each day. Use your mouth to create a positive miracle in your life.
